There are no refunds.

Here's why, straight. Docent is a tool you could use for two days and get a month's worth of work out of. People would buy a month, make every video they need, and ask for their money back — and every one of those videos costs us real money to make. So we don't do refunds.

What you get instead

Try it free first. Your first 5 walkthroughs cost nothing and need no card. Make sure it works for you before you pay a cent.
Cancel any time. Cancel and you won't be charged again. You keep Pro until the end of the month or year you already paid for.
